Black Friday Promotion Regulations

1. Promotion Conditions

– The promotion applies exclusively to SolarEdge products.
– The free energy storage expansion offer applies to photovoltaic installations with a capacity of at least
10 kWp equipped with a minimum of one energy storage module.
– The free emergency interface offer SolarEdge Home Backup Interface applies to photovoltaic
installations with a capacity of at least 5 kWp equipped with an energy storage system with a capacity
of at least 5 kWh.
– The two promotion options cannot be combined.
– The promotion is valid until 7 December 2025 or until stocks are exhausted.

2. Participation Conditions

– A client who already has a signed photovoltaic installation agreement with us for a given address
cannot benefit from the promotion. The company does not amend existing contracts to include
the promotion.
– A client may benefit from the promotion if they sign a new agreement for a different installation
address, provided that all other promotion criteria are met.
– If a client already has a signed agreement, the promotion cannot be applied. In case of questions, the
client must be referred to the coordinators responsible for the promotion.

3. Combining the Promotion with Other Offers

– The promotion cannot be combined with other offers, such as free panels, price discounts, or any
other promotional campaigns.
– The client must choose one benefit: the Black Friday promotion or another promotional/discount
offer.

4. Additional Notes

– If additional questions or clarifications are required, please note that only the sales coordinators
are responsible for providing explanations.
– The promotion is valid until the stated date and is limited by stock — until 7 December 2025 or while
promotional SolarEdge products remain available

We're thrilled to announce the opening of Voltmax's first showroom in Luxembourg.

Munsbach, October 14, 2025 — We’ve got it! This is a significant step for us: after years of working in the country (opening in 2022), we now have a place where you can meet us, experience our solutions, and speak with the company team in person.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony, short speeches, and over 30 guests—the atmosphere was warm and energetic. The event was also attended by reporters from the Chronicle.lu portal; Ali Sahib. Most importantly, every visitor can now see our systems up close: photovoltaic panels, energy storage systems, EV charging stations, and thermal modernization solutions, including heat pumps, insulation, and facade modernization. We’ve prepared mock-ups and cross-sections to make it easier to compare the quality and differences between technologies—modules, inverters, and energy storage systems—and immediately understand how it all works together in your home. Brands you can encounter in our space include: SolarEdge, Huawei, SolarCells, Jinko, Buderus, Breeze, Sigenergy, Emultimax, Rehau, Schuco, Veka, Rockwool, Isover, and Panasonic.

Let's talk about your home: from the roof to EV charging

Technical advisors are waiting for you on-site. In a relaxed conversation, we’ll discuss your home needs: electricity consumption profile, roof options, heat pump integration, and electric car charging plan. We’ll prepare a preliminary installation concept, approximate cost-effectiveness calculations, and, if desired, arrange a site visit and discuss financing, warranties, and service. We want your visit to the showroom to be the first, concrete step towards lower bills and greater comfort.

Artur Sosna, Head of Expanse at Voltmax, and Krystian Gajda, our CEO, spoke at the opening. Guests were thanked and a symbolic “Let’s go!” was said. We’ve also announced our next goal: a second showroom in Sanem by December 2025. We’re moving quickly because we know that speed is important, and interest in renewable energy solutions is growing.

You often ask if there’s “enough sun” in Luxembourg. Our experience shows that, despite climate challenges, recent years have brought more sunny hours, which clearly favors PV energy production. This is another reason to consider your own installation—especially when you can see and discuss it here, on-site.

Voltmax originates from Poland, where we’ve been operating since 2016. In addition to Poland and Luxembourg, we’ve explored projects in the Caribbean and Latin America (Jamaica, Barbados, Panama, Cuba, Dominican Republic), participated in tenders for renewable energy sources—including large-scale energy storage—and collaborated with development organizations, including LuxDev. Approximately 85% of our projects are private; the remaining projects are for schools, municipalities, and campsites. This diversity allows us to tailor solutions to a wide range of needs and budgets.

At the end of the opening, there was time for conversation over refreshments—a most valuable moment for us, because it’s from sharing experiences and questions that the best ideas emerge.

Voltmax at the Sainte-Sophie School: Together on the Future of Our Planet

In celebration of International Earth Day, we had the wonderful opportunity to visit the students at the École Privée Notre-Dame Sainte-Sophie School in Luxembourg. As part of our commitment to environmental education, we engaged them in a conversation about how we can collectively care for our planet and the important role renewable energy plays in that mission. Through the school’s “Luxembourg Sustainable Development” project, we aimed to inspire ecological awareness from an early age – because it’s the children who will shape the future of our world.

Little experts with big questions

During our time there, we interacted with students of various ages—both younger and older. Each group brought their own unique perspective on energy and ecological issues. However, it was the youngest ones who truly amazed us with their curiosity, honesty, and some really insightful questions. “Do solar panels work when it rains?” and “What happens to the electricity we don’t use?” are just a couple of examples that highlight how eager these kids are to understand the world around them.

Their questions were not only amusing but also incredibly relevant. This is what it’s all about—sparking curiosity and encouraging independent thought. Ecological education isn’t just a lecture; it’s a dialogue, a sharing of ideas, and a collaborative journey toward living more consciously. We have to say, the students gave us plenty of reasons to feel proud and inspired.

A competition that stimulates the imagination

During our visit, we also announced an exciting art competition that we’re hosting in collaboration with the school. The themes are truly captivating—ranging from their favorite renewable energy sources to envisioning a future home powered by the sun, or even creating a superhero who saves the planet using solar energy! Kids can express their creativity through posters, drawings, or collages, as long as everything is handmade. What matters most is the creativity and the idea behind it!

The competition is split into three age categories: 6-10, 11-14, and 15-18 years old. The creators of the top entries have a chance to snag some fantastic prizes, including vouchers for bikes and accessories from the Andy Schleck Cycles store, educational games, Voltmax gadgets, and certificates of recognition. And here’s the cherry on top: the awards will be handed out by none other than Andy Schleck himself – the Tour de France champion! The ceremony is set for June 10 during the LUGA event at Science HUB. You can submit your works until May 16, and Mr. Lucas LIEGEOIS is the competition coordinator.

This isn’t just a competition; it’s a chance for kids to share their ideas and demonstrate that ecology can be both significant and exciting.

Together towards a green future

We’re thrilled to be part of such meaningful initiatives. The Sainte-Sophie school beautifully illustrated the importance of discussing ecology from a young age. It was a remarkable gathering – filled with laughter, positive vibes, and genuine conversations.

A big thank you to all the students, teachers, and organizers for their warm hospitality and dedication. Events like these prove that when we come together, we can achieve so much – and together, we’re building a more environmentally conscious Luxembourg.

We are starting a BLACK FRIDAY promotion today! But we are not limiting ourselves to just one day! We are opening a BLACK MONTH!

Every customer who purchases an installation with a capacity of at least 10 kWp together with a 5.12 kWh energy storage will receive an additional energy storage module with a capacity of 5.12 kWh for 1 euro.

The promotion is limited to December 20. Do not hesitate and sign the contract before December 20, 2024, and enjoy a much larger energy storage for the same price.

A larger storage means greater self-consumption in the evening and at night. Do not worry about the time when your installation stops working, thanks to the storage you have greater flexibility and greater profit.

Terms and conditions of the promotion at Black Friday

“Additional energy storage module for 1 euro”

§ 1 General provisions

The organizer of the promotion “Additional energy storage module for 1 euro” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is Voltmax Sarl with its registered office in Luxembourg, at 47 Rue Mathias Tresch, L-2626 Luxembourg, registered in the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS Luxembourg) under number B270450, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.

The promotion is carried out in accordance with the legal provisions in force in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, in particular the provisions on consumer protection and the principles of promotional sales.

§ 2 Duration of the promotion

1. The promotion is valid from 22 November 2024 to 20 December 2024 (inclusive).
2. After the expiry of the Promotion period, participation in it will not be possible.

§ 3 Conditions of participation

1. A participant in the Promotion may be any natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, who:
a)Concluded with the Organizer an agreement for the purchase and installation of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of at least 10 kWp and a SolarEdge brand energy storage with a capacity of 5.12 kWh, during the term of the Promotion.
b)Expressed a desire to use the Promotion when concluding the agreement.
2. The Promotion does not apply to persons who use other promotions of the Organizer regarding the same product or set of products.
3. Each participant may participate in the Promotion only once for each concluded contract at the address indicated by him/her.
4. He/she may participate in the promotion multiple times, provided that he/she signs separate contracts that meet the terms of the promotion.
5. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. The Participant confirms that he/she is aware of the restrictions required for obtaining subsidies in Luxembourg that may result from using the Promotion.

§ 4 Rules of the Promotion

1. As part of the Promotion, a participant who meets the conditions specified in § 3 has the right to purchase an additional SolarEdge brand energy storage module with a capacity of 5.12 kWh for the amount of 1 euro (in words: one euro).
2. The offer applies only to SolarEdge energy storage modules with a capacity of 5.12 kWh and photovoltaic installations with a capacity of at least 10 kWp.
3. The conclusion of the contract for the set indicated in § 3 and the expression of willingness to use the Promotion must take place during the period of validity of the Promotion, i.e. from November 22, 2024 to December 20, 2024.

§ 5 Exclusions

1.The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or special offers of the Organizer.
2. In the event of withdrawal from the contract during the period of validity of the Promotion or its termination for reasons attributable to the participant, the right to use the Promotion is canceled.

§ 6 Final provisions

1. Complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s registered office within 14 days of the end of the Promotion at e-mail: info@volt.piotrporebski.pl
2. The Organizer reserves the right to change these Regulations, provided that such changes do not violate the rights acquired by the participants.
3. These Regulations are available on the Organizer’s website and at its registered office.
4. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the law in force in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg shall apply.
